You are fully responsible for your submission's legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright
Limitation of Liability
No Liability for Damages
Clickerr, LLC will not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your use of our sites, including but not limited to damages caused by:
Use of (or inability to use) the site
Use of (or inability to use) any hyperlinked site
Site performance failures
Errors or omissions on our site
Service interruptions
Site defects
Delays in operation or transmission
Computer viruses or line failures
Types of Damages Excluded
We are not liable for:
Direct compensatory damages
Consequential damages (losses reasonably expected to result from an injury)
Incidental damages (miscellaneous expenses resulting from a loss)
This limitation applies even if we've been negligent or advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability

In any event, our total liability to you for all losses, damages, injuries, and claims of any kind—whether under contract, negligence, or any other legal theory—will not exceed $100.
Agreement to these Terms is an agreement not to initiate or be a party to any class action lawsuit.

Agreement Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from Clickerr websites, along with all related documentation, copies, and installations.
Our Right to Terminate
We may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if you breach any terms or conditions. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials.
We don't promise that materials will remain available to you indefinitely. We may terminate all or any part of our website without notice.
Refund Policy
All sales are final after 3 days of purchase OR if you send any emails from the system. There are no refunds on any product once any portion of the credits have been used.
Legal Jurisdiction
Governing Law
If you use our site from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and will be interpreted according to Texas law.
Dispute Resolution
For intellectual property violations or threats, Clickerr, LLC may seek relief in any state or federal court in Texas, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
For other disputes:
We agree to first attempt resolution through mediation with a mediator chosen by Clickerr in Magnolia, Texas
The party seeking mediation pays all costs and fees, including attorney fees
Agreement Modifications
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting, without notice to you. This document constitutes the entire agreement between us.
Compensation and Affiliation Disclosure
FTC Compliance
In accordance with Federal Trade Commission requirements (16 CFR Part 255 - Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising):
Any endorsements or testimonials on our site may come from individuals affiliated with Clickerr, LLC as marketing affiliates. These individuals may receive commissions on sales resulting from their referrals.
While this affiliation might lead some readers to believe the testimonials are biased, all reviews and comments represent, to the best of our knowledge, the true statements and beliefs of the endorsers. Any claims can be substantiated upon request to support@clickerr.com.

Affiliate Program Terms and Policies
1. Affiliate Status
Only approved Clickerr affiliates may earn commissions. Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, legal representatives, or franchisees of Clickerr, LLC. You may not incur debts, expenses, or obligations on behalf of Clickerr.
2. One Affiliate Per Household
Only one Clickerr affiliate per household is allowed. Each affiliate must have their own internet access via their own computer, tablet, or mobile device. You cannot manage your business using another affiliate's devices.
3. Non-Disparagement
You agree not to publicly disparage Clickerr, other affiliates, our products, compensation plan, employees, independent contractors, or Clickerr, LLC.
Violations may result in:
Immediate suspension or termination of your affiliate account
Cancellation of pending commissions
Liability of up to $1,000 for each disparaging and/or false statement
Anyone who starts or administers any Facebook group (or other group) that allows members to disparage Clickerr may be liable for up to $1,000 per disparaging post.
Important: Direct all complaints or concerns to Clickerr corporate offices at support@clickerr.com.
Social Media Restriction: Affiliates may not use the word "Clickerr" or "Clickerr.com" in any Facebook group, TikTok username, Instagram username, or any other social media platform.
4. Click Commission Eligibility
Affiliates are eligible to earn a commission per valid click from Clickerr, LLC for clicks generated from:
Their approved email sending account
The approved email list exported from the Clickerr members section
Emails sent only through: Clickerr List Building, ClickerrPro, Robly, Reliable Reach, and MyInboxPro
Not accepted: Clicks from any other email company, list, or source (including Facebook, Twitter, Clixsense, traffic exchanges, or other email systems).
Click validity is determined at the sole discretion of Clickerr, LLC.
5. Referral Commissions
Affiliates may refer other affiliates to Clickerr and earn override commissions on credit purchases. Commissions are paid only on valid purchases of credit packages, not just for referrals.
6. Good Standing Requirement
To earn commissions, you must be a current upgraded member in good standing. Members who have canceled their email sending account or are not in good standing will not be eligible to earn or receive commissions, and their clicks and commissions may be voided. To receive commissions, members must be a current member paying either the $37 per week or the $97 per month membership fee.
7. Click Validation and Fraud Prevention
Before payment, Clickerr, LLC runs rigorous click-cleaning protocols to identify fraudulent clicks and referrals.
Fraudulent clicks include but are not limited to:
Clicks from unacceptable countries
Clicks from blacklisted IP addresses
Automated click systems or bots
Clicks associated with spam traps
Multiple clicks from the same IP address
Any clicks that are from any kind of fake system as identified by our system.
8. Minimum Earnings Threshold
To be eligible for commissions in any pay period, you must have a minimum of $400 in earnings.
9. Voiding of Invalid Activity
Any clicks or referral commissions may be deemed fraudulent or invalid at any time and at the sole discretion of Clickerr, LLC may be voided without recourse.
10. Payment Terms
Click commissions and referral commissions are paid directly by Clickerr, LLC.
Minimum payment threshold: $400
If the minimum is not met, commissions roll over to the next pay period until the threshold is reached
Payment may be delayed by up to 1095 days to prevent any suspected affiliate fraud
11. Payment Delay for Fraud Prevention
Clickerr, LLC reserves the right to delay commission payments for up to 1095 days to investigate suspected fraud.
12. Prohibited Gaming Activities
Any attempt to "rig" or "game" the system is strictly forbidden and may result in:
Account termination
Forfeiture and voiding of all commissions
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Registering new affiliates through automated or manual entry without authorization
Sending more emails than you've paid to send
Sending emails through any automated system or script
Advancing affiliates' ranks without their approval
Logging into another affiliate's account
Making payments under another affiliate's account
13. Acceptance of Compensation Plan
You agree and accept the current Clickerr compensation plan as stated in this document. Clickerr, LLC reserves the right to alter, change, update or dissolve the compensation plan at any time without notice.
14. Service Disruptions
Clickerr, LLC is not responsible for technical problems, acts by third parties, or other events outside our reasonable control that may temporarily disrupt or diminish service.
15. Commission Tracking
While we make every reasonable effort to track all applicable commissions, we are not responsible for technical problems, third-party acts, or other events outside our control that may disrupt this ability. If monies owed to Clickerr are not paid, affiliate commissions may be delayed or voided without recourse.
16. Plan Modifications
We may modify the compensation plan at any time without notice, including changes to:
Commission scope
Commission amounts or percentages
Payment procedures
Payment schedules
Program rules
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Continued participation constitutes binding acceptance of changes.
17. Registration Information Accuracy
Providing false registration information (such as a fake U.S. address while residing elsewhere, or invalid name, email, or phone number) will result in account termination and commission voiding.
18. Liability Limitation
Clickerr, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue or profits arising under this agreement or program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability under any circumstance shall not exceed $100.
No lawsuit or class action suit may be filed without first going through individual mediation in accordance with the terms above.
19. Copyright Compliance
You agree not to present others' creative works—in full or in part—as your own, nor engage in copyright violations. Such violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.
20. Refunds and Chargebacks
Any affiliate who requests a refund and/or files a chargeback against Clickerr, LLC or any approved email-sending company may have their affiliate account canceled and their clicks and commissions voided.
